Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes — helium-filled balloons ordered before 1pm can be delivered the same day within our Adelaide local delivery area. All other orders are sent by parcel delivery.

Is shipping free?

Orders over $75 get free shipping. Helium balloons and bulky items are excluded.

Can I pick up my order from the shop?

Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect from 449 Brighton Road, Brighton SA 5048. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, or pick a pickup date at checkout.

How long do helium balloons last?

Latex balloons float for 8–12 hours, or up to 3 days with Hi-Float. Foil balloons can float for 3–7 days or longer, depending on size and temperature.

Can I bring my own balloons to be filled?

Yes! We're happy to fill helium-safe latex or foil balloons you bring in. Ask our staff for a quote in store.

Do you hire out party equipment?

Yes — balloon frames and arches, backdrops, plinths, easels and neon signs. See our hire items and contact us to check availability.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Email party@partyshop247.com.au to start a return.
