How far in advance do I have to place my order for my Helium Balloons?
*On-line Party Services – Preferable 72 Hours *You can come in on the day, though we try our hardest to inflate the balloons straight away there may be a delay due to prebooked jobs.
Do you deliver?
Yes we deliver. Please email us with your Party Venue, Suburb and Day and we will provide you with a quote.
Can I make my Helium Balloons float longer?
Yes you can. We can treat the balloons with a Flight Extender Gel – Hi-Float. Helium Balloons will fly for 5 to 7 days depending on conditions. 1 – 5 Balloons $1.00 per balloon 6 – 14 Balloons $0.75c per balloon 15 + Balloons $0.50 per balloon.
How long do Helium balloons float for?
We use “The Very Best Balloons” – Qualatex Brand – Our 28cm Balloons inflated last for 10 to 14 Hours depending on conditions.
What colours can I choose?
We have a full range of over 60 different colours in three different finishes – Standard, Jewel and Metallic. You can choose whichever colours you like, any mix, including Metallic Finish at no extra charge.
How do I order My Balloon Decorations?
We have three easy ways to Order: New Convenient Online Party Services – These are set combination colours and design for easy quick ordering. * These can only be ordered Adelaide and a minimum of 72hours is required. What shipping options are available?
We have two main convenient shipping options for you to choose from. The Shipping options available are: Regular Post (Australian Deliveries only) Your Party Box will be delivered by Australian Post or our Preferred Courier $8.95 and $14.95 Express Post (Australian Deliveries only) and free Pick up at Store by You **Please note that shipping definition do not include Balloon Décor(inflated balloons) Delivery.
I can’t find the party theme item I am looking for. What should I do?
Please send us an email and we will investigate if we can get the item(s) in for you.
I have received my on-line order and one of the items is damaged. What do I do?
We do everything we can to ensure the safe delivery of your items, but sometimes it is out of our control. Our quality of products is important to us. Please ensure you take a picture of the damage item and email the picture within 5 days of receiving it. We will then contact you immediately with a resolution.
I would like to place an order on line, how do I know if the items are currently in stock?
There may be times were we are out of stock , due to a large order or out of stock item by our supplier. If this occurs we will contact you immediately to determine if you would like to wait for the item to be back in stock, or to suggest another similar item, or provide you a full refund.
Can I come into your store and purchase items?
Yes you can. We may not always have full range in store due to demand and space availability, but we will order the product in for you.
